Islands Researcher

For my PhD I am exploring the connections people have with Scotland’s islands and whether this can help contribute to building sustainable and balanced populations on the islands. As part of my research I am interested in speaking to:

• people who have lived on a Scottish island before but now live elsewhere;
• people who have other long-term connections with the Scottish islands;
• people who have returned to live on a Scottish island.
